Baywood Homes
celebrated the opening of five new model homes
on Saturday, October 20 at Napa Valley in
Bowmanville.
Two of the models are Energy Star® qualified and
regional councillor Charlie Trim (Wards 3 and 4)
was on hand to help celebrate. Families also
enjoyed the fall fair, which included
refreshments and entertainment. With these new
show homes, Baywood has created a discovery
centre where purchasers can walk through the
Energy Star models to see, feel and learn
first-hand about the benefits of buying green.

people a hands-on experience,” says Natascha
Pieper, director of sales and marketing for

of the home and learn about the benefits makes
these homes a real experience for people. It’s
exciting to see people’s reactions to the
discovery model, and rewarding to know
