Baywood Homes opened three new model homes
at the Ravines of Greenhill in north Oshawa
on Saturday, August 18th. With a ribbon –
cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of
the models and the introduction of Baywood’s
first ever Energy Star® qualified homes,
residents, local councillors and people from
across Durham region were on – hand to mark
this momentous occasion.
The luxuriously finished Cathedral model is
a 2,873 square foot, four bedroom, three and
a half bathroom design, available on a 45’
lot. This model is not only finished with
beautiful upgrades available through the
Baywood Design Studio but it is also their
Energy Star qualified home. Featuring a two
car garage, conservatory, main floor laundry
room, a walk-in pantry and butler’s pantry,
this home is a stunning display of Baywood’s
custom touch. The master bedroom has a
