On Saturday and Sunday,
Hampton’s homeowners in Barrie opened their doors and gave
the public a first hand glimpse of what Baywood Homes has to
offer
This past weekend, the Hamptons development located off of
Big Bay Point Road in Barrie was buzzing. Homeowners from
the community opened their doors and let the public stroll
through to see their favourite floorplans brought to life.
With five homes open for viewing, a barbeque and clear
skies, the event brought families from Barrie and beyond out
to enjoy the day.
“This was a great weekend. Not only is it good to have the
public talk to Baywood homeowners but it’s also nice for us
to stay connected to the community.” says Natascha Pieper,

Ranging in size from 1325 sq. ft. to 3295 sq.ft, each home
opened to the public had something different to offer. With
three two-storey homes and two bungalows open, people were
treated to a broad range of designs and learnt about unique
customizations that buyers were able to achieve through
Baywood. In addition to being able to view the five homes,
visitors were also treated to a free barbeque and
refreshments and had the chance to win some great prizes
from Baywood Homes.
