The Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) named Baywood Homes as recipient
of their 2003 National SAM Award for Best Web Site. The winner was announced on
February 23 at CHBA’s 61st Annual Conference taking place in Banff,
Alberta. Baywood competed with other new home builders across the country and
was the only finalist from Ontario.

calibre of entries received from across Canada was outstanding this year.”
The National SAM Awards celebrate excellence in new homes and renovation design,
innovative technology and construction techniques, outstanding presentation,
