Baywood Homes Hosts Free Homebuyers' Seminar

Toronto, ON. February 3, 2004- Baywood Homes announced today that it will be hosting a free Homebuyers’ Seminar on Wednesday, February 18.  Guest speakers will include RBC Royal Bank’s Account Manager of Residential Mortgages Eva Grills, GE Capital’s Mortgage Insurance Specialist Peggy Mason, Real Estate Lawyer Irwin Hamilton and First Canadian Title Representative Carol Henry.

“There is a ton of information out there these days, thanks to the internet," says Tony Canonaco, Sales and Marketing Director at Baywood Homes. “But we wanted to make the process of buying a new home as easy as possible for buyers, and by attending this seminar, they will be able to learn the most relevant home buying details in under two hours," says Canonaco.

The seminar will cover a variety of mortgage programs including cash back incentives and options for buyers without down payments.  Attendees will also learn about the Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation’s mandatory mortgage insurance for those putting down less than 25%, as well as the various legal aspects, title insurance options and the numerous builder warranties that are backed by the Ontario New Home Warranty Program.
