As a successful candidate, you are a dynamic sales coach with experience in New Home sales and exceptional closing skills.

You will have proven success in meeting corporate sales objectives, manage and be a leader in training a sales team to ensure required knowledge and skills meet company requirements; particularly in the generation and administration of sales agreements.

You posses a real estate licence, diploma in sales and marketing or a university degree with experience in a similar role and industry.

You will have the ability to work well under pressure, independently and in a team environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.  You will have strong follow up skills and be proficient with computer systems, applications and databases.
