We are currently looking for a Project Manager to oversee land development projects.

The qualified candidate will have a background in civil engineer with minimum five (5) years related experience in the development industry and will possess the following:

• Degree in Engineering or CET (Professional Engineering designation an asset)
• An understanding of process and legislation governing land development (Planning Act, official plans, and zoning)
• Comprehension of financial management and budgeting techniques relating to land development
• Excellent computer, analytical and time management skills
