We are seeking
a
Commercial Leasing Assistant
with a positive and energetic personality
to develop and
implement initiatives for our in house leasing programs. This
is an excellent ground floor growth opportunity.
As a
Commercial Leasing Assistant, your responsibilities will
include, but not limited to:
-
Assist with
the development and implementation of the leasing programs,
lease monitoring process and performance benchmarking
-
Generate a
portfolio of potential Tenants
-
Develop and
maintain a database current and potential Tenants
-
Establish a
rapport and liaise with Tenants, Facilities and Real Estate
staff
-
Create,
maintain and monitor Tenant files, lease agreements and
contracts for new leases and renewals and other associated
contractual obligations for all projects; ensure supporting
documentation are available when required
-
Filed
incoming calls and assist callers with information
-
Coordinate
with internal service providers, third party consultants and
contractors to ensure work is completed in accordance to
specification in a timely manner and cost effective manner
-
Assist with
the negotiation of deals with agents
Candidates must be self-motivated, willing to
go the extra mile for long-term growth potential and have:
-
A Degree in
business, real estate or property management or related
discipline
-
3 years
work experience in the real estate, commercial property
field or leasing environment
-
Computer
proficiency in Microsoft office, the use related database
and website
-
Strong
attention to details with excellent administrative and
organization skills
-
Well-development social and interpersonal skills
